I agree with your points, just some comments:

About verbs, other verbs can be used apart from GET/POST/PUT/DELETE, example OPTIONS can be used with HATEOAS to get possible actions to be done in a resource.

About documentation, I also agree that swagger is not enough, and we know that a contract is much more than swagger or any other tool. But it’s still better :)

Hardly ever we’ll find an API 100% RESTful. Since graphql is running since a small amount of time in the market and I didn’t play enough with it, I don’t know. But I’m sure people won’t follow 100% of its rules.
